Tournament Rules

1. General

• Rules apply to all Dota 2 tournaments.
• Not affiliated with Valve.
• Organizer may update rules anytime.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 18
• Valid Steam account required
• No VAC bans or active restrictions
• No account sharing

3. Match Format

• 5v5 Captains Mode
• BO1/BO3
• Side selection is determined by seeding or coin toss.

4. Draft Rules

• Official Captain’s Mode draft phases
• Only heroes disabled by Valve are banned
• No intentional disconnecting before draft ends

5. Game Settings

• Map: Default
• Server: official Dota 2
• Spectators: staff only

6. Allowed vs Forbidden Playstyles

✔ Allowed:

• Split pushing, rat Dota
• Smoke ganks
• Fountain farming (not excessive)
• Cheese strategies

❌ Forbidden:

• Intentional feeding
• Bug exploitation
• Abusive behavior
• Refusing to play with team

7. Pauses

• Technical pauses up to 10 min
• Must state reason in all-chat

8. Win Conditions

• Destroying the Ancient
• Opponent GG
• Admin-declared forfeit

9. Conduct

• No flaming, racism, harassment
• Professional behavior mandatory

10. Penalties

• Warning → game loss → DQ → ban

11. Streaming

• Allowed with 3 min delay
